Pierre, serving as the Regional Managing Director for our Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia entities, brings a wealth of experience to our team. Jenny Guo

Managing Director, Mainland China

Jenny started her career in the recruitment industry in Shanghai, 2007. Since then, she has gained significant experiences in various industries, such as FMCG, Retail & Luxury, Lifestyle, Professional Services and Manufacturing/Financial Services.

She is extremely familiar with commercial sales and marketing, as well as a full coverage of enabling functions. She has a solid personal billings track record in FMCG, Retail & Luxury, Lifestyle, and Professional Services sectors, with a focus on Sales and Marketing and General Management in both China and the APAC Region.

Jenny graduated with a bachelor's degree in English & International Trade at Hunan Normal University. She's currently enrolled at ISC Paris in Fudan University to earn an EMBA Degree.

As CEO and Founder of Morgan Philips Group, Charles-Henri oversees the talent solutions firm and all its businesses on a global scale. Previously, he was the CIO - Continental Europe and the Americas at Michael Page for 13 years, where he managed complex IT infrastructure and business application projects across numerous international markets.

Alexis de Bretteville

DEPUTY CEO & CO-FOUNDER

Alexis de Bretteville is Deputy CEO for Morgan Philips Group. He is responsible for the management and leadership of the firm’s operations in the UK, Europe (excluding France) and the Americas. Previously, Alexis was the CEO – Europe of Hudson Global Resources before its European recruitment and talent consulting businesses (excluding Benelux) were acquired by Morgan Philips Group in 2018. He also acted as CEO – the Americas for Michael Page, where he worked for almost 20 years and was part of the Executive Board.
